- Payment: Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking. We accept Bank Transfers, WU Transfers, Payment on spot. You authorize us to charge the specified amount to the payment method provided.
- Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Prices may include taxes, fees, and surcharges as specified.
- Cancellations and Amendments: Cancellation and amendment policies vary depending on the Service Provider. We will inform you of these policies at the time of booking. Additional fees may apply for cancellations or amendments.
3. Responsibilities and Liabilities
- Our Role: We act as an agent for the Service Providers and are not responsible for the actual provision of travel services.
- Service Provider Responsibility: The Service Providers are solely responsible for providing the travel services you have booked. We are not liable for any acts, omissions, negligence, or breaches of contract by any Service Provider, or for any loss, damage, delay, or injury arising from your use of their services.
- Travel Documents: You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates, valid for your destination.
- Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and loss of belongings.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations that is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, or government regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
The content on our website and in our communications, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or display our content without our prior written consent.
